The staff were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location was also perfect, with major malls, eateries, and spas just a short distance away. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and had something for everyone.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location couldn't have been better. It was within walking distance to various attractions such as BCS, Grand Batam mall, and a local Chinese market. Not to mention, there was also a kopitam, massage center, and wholesale center nearby. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the area. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and responsive. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were always there to assist with any queries or requests I had. Lastly, the room itself was clean and well-maintained. The bed, especially the king-sized one, was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and room facilities really impressed me.

The air conditioning was not cooling enough even after setting it to the lowest temperature. the housekeeping service was slow as our room was left undone even though we left the hotel in the morning and came back in the afternoon.

We also appreciated the little touches, like having a Nespresso-like coffee machine and a mini fridge in our room. Artotel was so good and we highly recommend it for a wonderful stay.
